book your offsite event with Mix Candle Co
Our offsite events are a fun, hands-on way to create custom candles or reed diffusers at your own location — perfect for team-building, parties, or special gatherings.
how it works
We’ll bring the full Mix Candle Co setup to your venue. Each event includes 6–8 seats that guests will rotate through to create their custom product. This rotating setup allows us to comfortably accommodate large groups, with attendees taking turns at the candle-making stations throughout the event.
Each attendee will spend about 30 minutes making their candle or diffuser.
Candles take about 1.5 hours to set after pouring.
Once set, they’ll be ready for pickup before the event ends, or we can arrange pickup at our Mix Candle Co Lawrenceville location.

Each product is $30.
Participants can choose to make either:8oz candle, or
4oz reed diffuser
There is a minimum of 30 total products required to book an offsite event.
Payment will be due in advance to secure your date. -
We’ll bring everything needed to make your offsite candle-making experience seamless and fun, including:
Wax and fragrance oils
Jars, plates, and spoons
Wicks and mixing tools
All setup materials and cleanup supplies

To help us create the best experience possible, please have the following ready at your venue:
Dedicated seating and tables for 6–8 participants to rotate through
Two additional tables for our team to finish the candles and display tester candles and available products
Access to a nearby electrical outlet
