Join Sarah from Divinely Rooted, a dedicated sound healer whose passion lies in facilitating transformative experiences through the power of sound. Sarah is dedicated to helping individuals find peace, relaxation, and healing in a world often inundated with chaos.

In a typical session, whether you are floating in the resonant tones of crystal bowls or relaxing into the soothing melodies of various instruments, she is able to create an environment conducive to inner exploration and rejuvenation. Hanna Schlegel

Hanna is a professional fitness leader and business owner in the wellness space. She is a certified yoga instructor who has been practicing since 2012 and will lead the yoga portion of this event. She graduated her YTT at South Hills Power Yoga in 2019 and has since acquired additional training in multiple varieties of yoga, meditation, breathwork, energy healing and fitness. Hanna applies her passion for self expression and energetic expansion in her yoga classes. Expect to experience a mystical flow of guided breath, movement and stillness to awaken the body and still the mind. A creative herself, Hanna is honored to share this space with Sarah and those who attend the event for artistic expression of candle making, yoga and sound healing.
